"BTB" BIG BAG DISCHARGER / SECONDARY SILO is used to store and to proportion cement or aggregates directly into cement mixer truck or into the mixer. It can be used as a weighing device when it is loaded by other silos at hand, or when filled with cement bags. Otherwise it can be used as a weighing device to open big bags, size 1- 2 - 3 m3, if equipped with a set of blades.
With capacity of 3,5 m3, diameter ø2440 mm, 2800 mm height, it can be easily moved. It is equipped with unloading screw pump, vibrator on the cone, and a movable hood (diameter ø1000 mm) on the top which is used either to receive bags of cement or to open big bags.
The silo is provided with deduction load cells. Cement is extracted by the inclined pulling screw pump, and it ends to 4,2 m in height. In case of need, the vibrator located in the cone can be turned on to help and fall the material.
It is managed by one control panel which enables to handle the concrete system separately. The electronic terminal has got keyboard and display, and allows to easily oversee automatic programs.
If combined with AGGREGATES HOPPER "BT", the whole plant can be managed by one single PC station. This argument is better described in "Betonwin2 control system" paragraph.
All plants are varnished by professional companies: each product is exposed to a continuous cycle of sandblasting and high quality spray painting. This particular treatment grants long life to all of its components.
